15 Days Return Warranty
Customers can apply for refund within 15 days after receiving the item. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us at email@example.com to apply for a refund.
1. For returns / exchanges that meet the following conditions, we will refund in full of the original product price and its shipping fee or resend for free a replacement at our expense:
- The product has any manufacturing or quality defects;
- The product has been damaged in the course of shipment;
- The product is not marked as non-returnable, underwear, socks and clearance items are non-returnable.
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size of the product, we may also allow a return within 15 days after receiving the product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. And we will refund the original product price after we receive the returned product.
Please make sure that the item is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Used, modified or assembled items will not be accepted for returns.
Once a refund has been agreed to in writing, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days upon confirmed receipt of the returned products. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. After this time, you will receive your refund between 2-5 business days.
