How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs fee is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on local rules and policies. For now, customs fees to these countries are paid by the sender (Cottagecorely): United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, and Denmark, Canada. For the rest countries, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full responsibility should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes or do not assist custom clearance process before deadline which may cause the package being destroyed.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The delivery time for these addresses will take longer.
